Cachexia is a growing, under-recognized driver of frailty, treatment intolerance, and poor quality of life in older adults with cancer. This session highlights practical assessment and multidisciplinary management, and emerging therapies. We welcome oncologists, geriatricians, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, rehab and palliative teams to join.
