As cancer treatment increasingly shifts to ambulatory care settings, pharmacists are playing a growing role in improving the safety, effectiveness, and quality of care for ambulatory patients with cancer. This theme is designed to address the need for stronger interdisciplinary collaboration and to share international practices in oncology pharmacy services.
We especially encourage pharmacists, oncology healthcare professionals, and individuals interested in interdisciplinary cancer care to participate. This session will provide an opportunity to exchange practical insights with experts from Taiwan, the United States, Japan, and Korea.
