- The Early Bird Discount is applicable to applications submitted between Monday, August 10th, and Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. The discounted rate will be automatically applied to all applications received during this period.
- After you submit your application, you will receive an email from the secretariat confirming its receipt.
- An official acceptance notification will be sent to all successful applicants by early October.

- Grant Award:
Participation Fee Waived for Grant Recipients
- Grant Availability: A limited number of grants are available, exclusively for participants residing in Japan.
- Please note that travel and accommodation expenses for Part 2 (the in-person session) are to be covered by the participants themselves.
- Those who wish to be considered for the competitive grant must register for the workshop and submit the designated pre-workshop essay (in English) at the time of application, between Monday, August 10th, and Friday, September 18, 2026.
- After you submit your application, you will receive an email from the secretariat confirming its receipt.
- The Workshop Chair Members will review the pre-workshop essays to select the grant recipients.
- All applicants will be notified of the selection results by email from the secretariat in early October.
- If an applicant is not selected for the grant, the early bird discount will be applied to their participation fee. Please describe your motivation for applying and how you plan to utilize the workshop’s learnings in your future work in team-based, multidisciplinary cancer care.
- Essay Format:
- Please write your essay in English, using Microsoft Word or a similar program, and keep it to a maximum of one A4 page.
- While the layout and style are at your discretion, please be sure to include your full name and affiliation within the document.
- Please submit the file in either Word (.docx) or PDF (.pdf) format.

A travel grant is available for international participants.

- Grant Availability: A limited number of grants are available, exclusively for non-Japanese nationals residing outside of Japan.
- Please note that travel, accommodation, and living expenses for Part 2 (the in-person session) are to be covered by the participants themselves.
- The participation fee is waived for international participants (non-Japanese nationals residing outside of Japan). However, please note that participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and living expenses for Part 2 (the in-person session).
- All international applicants are required to submit a pre-workshop essay (in English) at the time of their application, regardless of whether they are applying for the travel grant.
- Those who wish to be considered for the travel grant must submit their workshop application and the pre-workshop essay between Monday, August 10th, and Friday, September 18th, 2026
- After you submit your application, you will receive an email from the secretariat confirming its receipt.
- The Workshop Chair Members will review the pre-workshop essays to select the travel grant recipients. The grant will be awarded on the final day of the Part 2 session.
- In the event that we receive a large number of applications from international participants, a selection process may be conducted by the Workshop Chair Members. Selection will be based on the order of application, region of residence, profession, and the content of the pre-workshop essay.
