Recent reports have shown that exercising after a cancer diagnosis not only relieves symptoms and improves quality of life but also improves cancer prognosis. Unlike surgery and drug therapy, exercise is something that anyone can incorporate into their daily life. We encourage a wide range of healthcare professionals, as well as those with or without a history of cancer, to feel free to participate.
