Difficult conversations are an inevitable part of cancer care. Whether discussing recurrence, treatment expectations, uncertainty, or end-of-life care, how we communicate can profoundly shape a patient’s experience and decision-making. This ECHO ONE session will explore practical, compassionate approaches to navigating these challenging conversations while maintaining honesty, hope, and trust. Through an interactive case discussion and expert insights, we invite oncologists, nurses, allied health professionals, trainees, and all members of the multidisciplinary cancer care team to join us, share experiences, and learn from one another.
