Although eye toxicity rarely affects patient survival directly, it significantly impacts patients’ quality of life (QOL) and treatment continuation. In recent years, various forms of eye toxicity caused by molecularly targeted therapies and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) have been reported, drawing increasing attention from healthcare professionals as important adverse events in cancer care. In this session, through case studies, we will learn about the characteristics, prevention, and management of eye toxicity, as well as key points for multidisciplinary collaboration.
