Arsenic trioxide and ATRA have transformed outcomes in acute promyelocytic leukemia, but QT prolongation remains a real concern, especially when supportive-care drugs such as 5-HT3 antagonists and olanzapine are added on top.
We warmly invite oncology and hematology pharmacists, especially those early in their careers or newly caring for patients with leukemia, as well as physicians and nurses, to join the discussion and share their own practice.
